There is only a fullHD 120hz and a 4K oled option. I feel like 4K is a bit overkill for a 13 inch. If you are going to game, get the full HD 120hz. If you are going to do content creation, without an external monitor, get the OLED

It does have a built in mic and speakers. Sounds quality is better than other gaming laptops I’ve had, but not as good as MacBook sound quality. I’d think you’d still want to purchase a gaming headset if you want a better mic/speaker experience
