I noticed my edges are growing in . I have been using this for a month. Nails are growing , skin looking better . I like it l will definitely buy it again.

Can’t tell if it really working yet but the taste is very metallic like. They say the best things for you are nasty. Also I think it can come in flavors but I don’t like buying health stuff in flavors. I believe it’s artificial and weakens the product. So I prefer it’s raw formula.

Much less expensive than the capsules. dissolves in my morning fiber drink easily. Don't even taste it.
