How much cake batter will an 8 inch heart pan hold? Wondering if I can get two heart cakes out of one box of cake mix.

According to Wilton, for an 8" x 2" heart-shaped cake pan, it calls for 3-1/2 cups of cake batter for 1 layer. According to Betty Crocker, a typical box of cake mix yields 4 cups of batter.
