If you own a chihuahua, you KNOW they are half attack, half shakes. This bed is her sanctuary. It calms her, protects her and gives her peace. I have 2 other dogs and they know not to enter- it is all hers. The quality is great- soft to the touch. Yet, it's very sturdy. This is the 2nd one I've bought for her. The first one I am washing and taking to the shelter. It's still going strong and I know it will help calm some poor shelter pup's time before adoption. Your dog will love this bed. And you will love that you made your dog happy and feeling safe.

I just came back to Amazon to buy another one for my other dog because she and her sister fight over this bed and being that they are both girls…they need their own “Me Time”…sometimes they don’t wanna snuggle with one another ya know?I am amazed at this bed..it’s super cozy, the plush pillow on the inside is super plush … when they lay down inside of it, they will not touch the floor it’s super plush.Looking at others reviews i beg to differ on their durability and sturdiness…if you have a dog that chews through things you should not blame this manufacturer…go buy a KONG BED not this one. I am grateful my girls do not chew through their things and make a mess…and if they did, like i said the manufacturer should not be the blame.I am currently at the laundry mat being that i wanted to try to wash it in an industrial washer to see just how durable and sturdy it truly is…Omg!!!! 😱😱 it made it perfectly through the washer and dryer will take pics ..it looks even more better than it did when it arrived to my home vs. as it’s come out of the dryer. I am super happy for this purchase! It’s worth every dime!

my Boston terrier is 32 lbs and medium/small size he fits in it but I feel like it’s a bit small for him. He puts the bed sideways and sleeps in it for more comfort since he’s a bit big for it. I wish there was a bigger size, it would’ve been perfect. But he does love this bed! He would usually wake up early from his other bed but ever since he has had this bed he doesn’t wake me up anymore, he sleeps through all night without waking up! That’s how much he loves it and I’m actually happy he doesn’t wake me up really early.

The bed is not easy to get into. It’s perfect size once she’s in it but the opening is difficult to navigate. It flips closed and she has to enter it a very specific way to be successful. She likes it and just lays on top of it when she can’t get into it. I’m not even sure a bigger size would work. Kind of disappointed that I paid as much as I did. Cheaper better ones are available.The way it’s made, I don’t really see how it will get clean in a washing machine. You’ll have to hand wash.It seems to be durable and it’s cute and soft.

I purchased this dog bed for my French bulldog after he lost his litter sibling who used to cuddle with him at night. What appeared to be depression was greatly eased with this snug bed. It provides him with the comfort and security he needs. I’ve bought three of these in the last four years, mainly because I wash them often due to his natural odor. Despite that, he loves it! Highly recommend for any dog in need of extra comfort.

The media could not be loaded. My dog loved it from the first encounter! He loves sleeping in it! Somebody mentioned in comments that the bed lacks structure, but that's exactly what my dog likes about it. He digs inside when he wants to snuggle and whenever he wants to observe his surroundings, he just lies on top of it when it's folded. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

This pet bed is perfect for the cat and dog who love to cuddle and/or lie low. It is now the prize location, and I have more of these clamshell beds on the way. It is a smart design.

Our family enjoys writing positive reviews and supporting business owners, and we were very disappointed that this purchase did not work out. We have a 16 lb Yorkie mix and a 13 lb Shih Tzu. We ordered matching wraparound hug beds for Christmas and were excited to receive our purchase. We are always very careful about confirming sizing on products for our pups, and ordered the beds in size small, as the nicely detailed product description indicated that the size small bed is appropriate for breeds up to 20 lbs. Unfortunately the small beds were WAY too small for both of our dogs :( We returned those and ordered medium beds, which were much more expensive, because we otherwise liked the beds & the quality seemed to be nice. As we excitedly opened the second Amazon shipment with their Christmas presents, we were extremely disheartened to see that the shipment contained two size small beds AGAIN! Amazon was happy to refund the order, but was only willing to issue a $5 courtesy credit despite the shipping error. We are very sad that our Christmas presents did not work out :(
