It does NOT come with a digital code. Should be $7 NOT $10.00
The whole purpose of paying $11 for this movie was to get the digital code as well. My movie came with NO digital code. I feel robbed and I am pissed because I've could've gotten JUST the dvd for way cheaper. Save your money and do not buy this if you're looking for the digital version along with the physical media. My kids have been dying to see this movie and it's not streaming anywhere for free.

Streaming Version is Edited for Television?! (WHY?)
I purchased the streaming version of this, a movie I've loved for years, and for some reason it's edited for television. All of the profanity is either cut out or replaced with PG versions (for instance, in one early scene, an alien calls K "you insensitive p__ck," but what we hear is "you insensitive jerk" -- even though the subtitle has the correct original line!).This happens repeatedly throughout the movie -- this is NOT the original version of MEN IN BLACK!

It really has become a classic sci-fi comedy
The world is facing destruction unless a hidden galaxy is found and returned. Who you gonna call? Men In Black a secret government organization set up to deal with all the aliens that have been coming to Earth since the 1960s. This was the start of the great sci-fi-comedy series featuring Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith as two MIB agents. The two would form your usual odd couple with Jones being the seasoned veteran who was calm and collected and Smith being the newbie who was over anxious.Fun is to be had throughout such as when the big bug takes the skin off a human and can’t operate it properly or when Lee gives Smith a very tiny gun and he has gun envy and when Lee shoots an alien in the head only for it to grow back.It really has become a classic.C

A landmark sci-fi thriller with laughs
A perfect script that never flags - thank you, Ed Solomon. This is a miraculously clever movie. I can watch it repeatedly and take fresh pleasure in the wonderful setups and one-liners. MIB is a great film in its own completely unique way. Tommy Lee Jones is flawless and Will Smith is a marvel - they are wonderfully matched as opposites in roles that could so easily have devolved into forced slapstick. There's not a sour note here. The secondary characters are wonderful, too - Siobhan Fallon Hogan is terrific as Beatrice, and Rip Torn is a hoot as Zed. Eight tentacles all the way up!!!!!

“I make this look good” - Agent J
Always a fun and enjoyable movie. I saw this movie originally nearly 20 years ago, just as funny now as it was then. The concept of an organization the protects and monitors the planet from the aliens living among us and also trying to attack is brilliant! Will Smith (Agent J) and Tommy Lee Jones (Agent K) are a perfect match. While Smith is full of humor and jokes, Jones plays a straight laced, no emotions guy that absolutely steals the show. Some of the effects will appear dated compared to what can be done now, but hey, it was 20 years ago of course it’s going to be good.

Scavenger Hunt
Luckily, Earth is far from the interspace wars that rage throughout the universe; that is what makes it such an attractive place for alien refugees seeking asylum on some unnoticed planet inhabited by a simple, somewhat-intelligent, and technologically-backward species that is willing to make room for them; of course, we jumped at the chance to establish a safe haven in exchange for a few trinkets. . . .An enclave was established in New York City. By treaty, the aliens had to blend in and not reveal their unearthly origin. While a few lucky alien species could pass themselves off as human; most had to rely on organic-mechanical contrivances.Keeping the aliens in line was a tough policing job and keeping their presence on Earth a secret required constant vigilance, and in general, it worked, but unfortunately not all species are covered; one such, is a particularly obnoxious species: the Bugs. . . .One night, not long ago, an unlicensed, immature Bug crashed his flying saucer into Edgar's pickup truck. Luckily for the Bug, Edgar stormed out of his house to see what had happened. Unfortunately for Edgar, Bugs are indiscriminate eaters and Edgar's skin would suit it well until it could find and snatch the Arquillian's prize possession; foolishly, an Arquillian had brought it to this defenseless planet. . . .Picture (Blu-ray): 4.5 to 5. Languages and Subtitles: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Thai. Additional Subtitles: Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Dutch, Indonesian, and Alien. The "Alien" option is underwhelming.Special Features: possible additions, beyond those listed in older DVD reviews: a MIB trivia game and "Ask Frank the Pug" ( he is an alien, in a dog suit, who has the inside scoop). He will answer your questions about love, money, and etc. Be sure to talk loud; Frank is a little hard of hearing. . . .

Image is not too impressive.
For these "Mastered in 4k" discs to work, they have to use an immaculate master to start with. Now the standard Men in a Black 3 Blu Ray is immaculate and looks stunning whereas this Mastered in 4k Men in Black looks soft, grainy, noisy and no more impressive than any other Blu Ray I've seen. I have purchased several others in this range and they have all impressed such as Total Recall, The Amazing Spider-man, Battle Los Angeles, After Earth and Angels & Demons. I know Men in Black is the oldest of these movies, but if they can make a 1960's Bond Movie or Laurence of Arabia look pristine, then this shows a lazy approach and does the Mastered in 4k line no favours.Collect the others by all means, but if you're looking for a stunning image, you'll be disappointed with this one.

Fun and Sci-fi fancey in a nice mix.
This first and best outing of MIB was something new was sci-fi but not as we know it. It takes the tabloid stories and turns them on their head by starting form the point that they were true and not made up hyped. What let it down is that it tries stretch the joke too far and too long. It repeat itself and goes too far so that is stops been funny and the plot is literally lost. A shame as it could have been a really great film not just a good one.

Blu Ray review
No need to review the film as you can read others for that or will have already seen it before. I was always pretty impressed with the DVD quality and the extras, not overloaded with them but a sprinkling none the less. Picture I think had full frame if not it's 16:9 as with pretty much all films. Picture and sound are both improved over the DVD Blacks look much crisper and deeper, more vibrant colours all round. Maybe my only criticism which is why I didn't give it full stars is I feel they could have made better use of the surround sound in places. But worth adding to your collection of Blu Rays.

Told you it is all a conspiracy!
The original which set the standard. Tommy Lee Jones "serious" agent and Will Smith as the "touchy" rookie are brilliant. The idea that there is an agency which deals with Aliens from other worlds is a mirror to the programs found on various "conspiracy" broadcasts. It is the non-denial denial so beloved of conspiracy theorists. Enjoy (especially Edgar) .

Good for the family
Very good film. Good for all the family, though a little more mild swearing than I remembered! Lol. Still a great film and looks good. Nice story with some good jokes. Good to see Will Smith on good form, before he became a bit pretentious.
