It has a light, mild scent and no silicones to weigh it down (unlike f.ex. Kerastase, another salon product line I've tried). I've found that the volumizing effect is maximized when this conditioner is paired with the volumizing shampoo, then a hair dryer on the lowest setting with a "diffuser" attachment. All you need to do is aim the dryer at your head and ruffle your hair with your other hand; even a dummy can do it and it gives great results!
