I was a bit apprehensive due to the lack of reviews and pictures. However when the item arrived you can tell by the weight of the product that despite this being made overseas, this is a great system with a good warranty. Have a professional install the system. All the shower devices can be used at once but beware it uses a substantial amount of water if you choose to do so. The only thing I decided to do was use a shorter arm to make the rainfall pressure higher due to 8ft ceilings. Zero issues so far and has been in use for approximately 1.5 years as of the date of this review. The only downside was that the 6 individual water jets require a very precise measurement to be mounted or the cover plates will not work as intended as other people mentioned.

Bottom line: The customer service is outstanding, the product is high quality and works perfect. The shower system has been installed and working for two months. Everything functions as expected. No complaints about the quality and performance. The customer service is outstanding. The installation is not trivial because of the amount of plumbing involved, but that is expected. Customer service helped me out with several issues, providing varying lengths of plumbing pieces (different than what shipped with the unit) at no cost and timely shipping. My only complaint is in the design of the cover plate for the jets. It doesn't slide over the outside of the short black female nipple that screws onto the male nipple in the wall; instead it is sandwiched between the two. This necessitates the nipple in the wall to be a very precise distance, which is very difficult. If the plate slid over the outside (like the shower, rain shower, and controller plate) it would be easy. But the company was very accommodating in sending me longer nipples for inside the wall which could be cut to length which solved the issue.

I hated spending this much money for a shower system but my husband kept saying....you get what you pay for so I took the plunge. Also...the reviews were good overall and so far it hasn't disappointed. We hired a plumber to do the install to make sure it was done properly and although we haven't used it yet....I think it will be amazing. The parts are solid and appears to be well made. Think it is actually worth the money but it would have been nice if it was a little cheaper....

I had a part that got damaged during install - no fault of Enga. I sent them an email asking if I could order a part and they replied the next day and let me know they would send me the part I needed free of charge. IN about a year after install the plates of the shower head split apart at seams and water started just pouring out from all around the shower head update: customer service was helpful and sent us a replacement showerhead

Installed this shower unit about 1-year ago and could not be happier, absolutely love it. The large rain head is a dream to wake up to every morning. I would definitely recommend this to any DIY who wants an incredible looking and functioning shower head set when they are done. Just be mindful of the depth of your tile while installing the components but you can cut down the adapters if you have to.
