Would this work to lubricate the rollers and joints of a garage door?

A reviewer here remarked: "...We use it especially in our garage door business...", so I'd say yes since garage doors are what this reviewer does for a living. The comments on WD-40 NOT being a good lubricant is exactly correct. It is a Water Displacement (WD) fluid that has some (incidental) lubricating properties, and some penetrating properties but is NOT a lubricant and never made to serve as a lubricant. Note: WD-40 itself does not claim it to be a lubricant. They allude to its (limited) lubricating properties, but this is for marketing purposes. This is why they sell separate "specialist" WD-40 brand products for penetrating fluids, lubricants (including chain lubes), etc. As a lubricant, WD-40 is very light weight, short term solution until you can get a real lubricant in almost all incidences where one needs an actual lubricant.

Is this ok for skateboard bearings

I like Tri-Flow for small bearings.

Is this good for car door hinges

Works excellent on car door hinges, door latches, garage door rollers and springs, it is clear and lasts a long time. Very good stuff.

I would like to use this on hot water, cold water & gas valves. i already used wd-40. also, this vs something else?

If WD-40 has given acceptable results Super Lube should perform as well or better. It’s quite versatile.

Great Product

I like this product a lot. I mainly use it for the sliding glass window rollers. I've tried some others, but this doesn't attract a lot of dirt and dust to the rollers, or tracks. It's rated for food grade stuff too. I would recommend Super Lube, and would buy it again.

自分の用途には絶妙な粘性

ちょうど自転車のBB軸くらいの大きさで、分解不可能な部位のボールベアリングに使用。（ネットでみつけた英文和訳らしい用途表でも密閉ベアリングが対象に含まれていました）針径0.5mmのインジェクター（注射器）に溜め、ベアリング両側のシールドの隙間から針を入れてそのままチュルチュルと注入できました。後で固まるのかもしれませんが、作業時点では適度にユルくて扱いやすいです。施工前にはかなりゴリゴリ感があったのが軽減しました。本当は分解してキッチリやりたいのですが…
