It is great chewing the gum after eating. It helps get food particles out of the teeth and tastes good. Also leaves a nice taste in thw mouth after eating. In addition, interestingly I could imagine this could be perfect for one who has an unhealthy desirous habit of smoking after a meal who is trying to quit. Since this is very pleasant to chew after eating, it is a great and healthy replacement. Not to mention the xylitol which is supposed to be good for the teeth and possibly other things. And it is a must for someone who only eats kosher, it has a reliable hechsher!

Great gum!
This gum is great, flavor is solid and lasts for a decent amount of time. We bought it because of the ingredients and wanting cleaner gum than 95% of other gum out there. We recommend this!

Flavor actually lasts!
Flavor lasts. That's the biggest takeaway. The gum is excellent, especially compared to all the other non-artificial sweetener gums on the market that lose flavor almost instantly. I've tried them all. Most are terrible (initial great taste that lasts a minute and the goes away). The gum is very chewable after a few seconds (some get very tough), and while not inexpensive, it's a great product. Highly recommend it.

Really good quality
This is the best gum I've found for lasting flavor and good texture. It's been much needed due to medication-caused dry mouth. Both the cinnamon and spearmint flavors last for hours, though they do become more subtle. The citrus did seem to lose its flavor and ended up tasting weird, so I don't order that one. The others, however, have been absolutely fantastic. I'm excited to try the new cherry berry flavor!

Got these to help with teeth and bad breath. Taste decent, kids like multiple flavors.
