These light blockers worked so well, that we had to get them for another room. Not only did they make the baby's room darker, we just had to have them for another room as well. Happy when this arrive much earlier than expected. Dispute watching the install video several times before installing, still managed to make a mistake attaching the magnet strips on one side. Hoping the company will respond to my request for replacement strips. 🤞As it is now, I don’t see much if any light blockage.I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and offered to send me replacement magnetic strips to correct my mistake. My husband is the one bothered by the light from the sides and he is happy with it. I went ahead and ordered another set for my girls' room. Their shades are set up slightly differently and have light coming from the top. The seller does not sell a product for the top, but offered to send one to me for free to see if it will work.After my experience with this product, and having read other reviews mentioning issues with the magnetic strips, my suggestion is this: Watch the installation video several times. Know that the correct way is to end up with 2 non sticky magnetic sides facing each other for each strip. If done correctly, it works!

I installed these in my sons room which gets the evening sun. When the sun is out these do not block out the sun or light at all. AT ALL. If the sun is not out these will block most daylight. So just beware. For me these are useless. I’m surprised these are even being sold. I could make something to block light better and rig it to the window.

Great product and good quality! Unfortunately these didn’t work with the style of my Roman Shade (Adventura from The Shade Store). If my shade was flat and had a cord control these would have been perfect at blocking the light. Will use them in another room! Great customer service, very prompt at answering my questions and super accommodating!

Follow up: Graywind instantly contacted me after this review, offered and sent me a replacement for free of black side tracks with tape only on one side! Very happy with their customer service!Original post: We received this and they are quite nice but they are (1) white and not black and (2) have adhesive ikon both faces and now we have red adhesive tape facing the room.

My window blinds have a large portion of sunlight seeping though the sides and this light blocker is exactly what I needed!I searched though many different internet sites and wasn’t able to find the right sized length or width, but thankfully, this seller has a ton of different customized options that are available…Another plus is that this product arrived over a week earlier! So far, it’s best light blocker I’ve seen and tried.

These strips significantly reduce, but do not fully eliminate light entering the edges of the window. I had a manufacturing issue with my light blockers, but the seller called and emailed me to let me know they will be replacing them for me. That level of service gets an A+ grade from me.
