Best roach killer on the market if placed effectively. Syringe is easy to use to be able to place the bait properly and it is highly effective. I was an exterminator for 12 years, I wish I would’ve had this. I live in Florida and occasionally a Palmetto bug will get in the house, but I usually only see him after he’s dead on the floor. Item arrived as described. No shipping issues. Gel WORKS. There are no longer German cockroaches playing house in my car! I was advised by a friend who works for a fumigation company to purchase this specific product. So thankful she was right and Advion came through! I sold the extra tubes to two other people and they have had great success as well! My friend instructed me to continually add gel in case any eggs hatch. What I did is, I put some gel on a piece of cardboard and placed that under my seat. I am able to replace the cardboard and visually see if the gel is being removed. Also, doing it this way there’s no random gel left around.

This is a great product. You will see results in 24 hours. It completely get rid of the cockroaches. It only takes a small amount. No smell!!
