Horrible support
Bought from a road show, was promised lids, have reached out to the company , multiple times, their website is missing, their contact page only has a few things you can contact them about, emails go unanswered. Seriously over lids???Next home show I go to and thy are there I will camp out and tell everyone they don't support the product. Good or bad, no customer support is worse than a bad product.

Best Cookware I've Ever Used, Hands Down!
My kitchen is full of high end non-stick cookware. After a few years of use, non of my pots or pans are still non-stick. However, earlier this year, I started cooking on a new pots and pans called Eurocast. I was told you don't need butter, oil or Pam for this cookware and it's true. I have made bacon macaroni cheese, fried tofu, fried walleye, scalloped potatoes and baked brownies and non of it stuck to the pan. When I was done cooking, I poured water into a hot, off the stove Eurocast (which you would think is bad, but it's not for this cookware) and wiped it out with a paper towel. That was all the cleaning I needed! I tried frying a chicken breast (see photo) without oil and was amazed at how easily it cooked and how great it tasted. I normally would have splashed grease over my entire cook area when frying a chicken breast in oil. Now, I don't have the mess or the extra calories. I've never used cookware of such infallible quality and ease of use.

Non-existent customer service
My wife got this pan as a gift. Apparently, a manufacturing defect that over tightened the handle screws caused the handle to crack. I have followed the instructions from customer service twice with pictures that you see and have not gotten so much as an acknowledgement of the receipt of same although the email registered as sent.

Good, but not quite there.
Good, but not quite there. You need to treat this/these like cast iron pots & pans. Handle is good but as pointed out in other reviews, you need to be careful (as noted above, treat as cast iron, i.e. use oven gloves, mittens). Handle is good, but long and heavy. On smaller saute and sauce pan, it is unbalanced, pulls up the pan easily (unless you load it with food). There is no insulation between the handle and pan interface. In other words, the pan, the little "handle" piece that sticks out at the end and the metal silver part of the handle, interface at the pan, will get as hot as the pan. Good pan heat transfer from the bottom up the side. Bad heat transfer to the long, heavy handle and silver metal part of the handle. Without thinking, somehow I've managed to grab the silver part of the handle - ouch; right hand response to grab the opposite black tab handle to steady - even more ouch. Good handle interface concept, actual use needs improvement. Will look forward to improvement in the coming years before getting complete set, assuming non-stick holds.Heat transfer and retention is good (as noted and as need improvement on handle above). Non stick is good so far (months), we'll see how time will tell. Handle is somewhat awkward and non-intuitive, for all the touts and claims. Handle long, unbalanced to pan, awkward to use on stove top, need to keep handle from hitting other pots and pans on the same stove top. It should be just use and go without thinking. Maybe it's just me but for some reason, I keep grabbing that hot silver part (thumb placement) and need to constantly remind myself to be careful and where not to touch. Larger pan cooking needs thick oven glove and mittens, period, as they only have the short, hot, tab handles. For the touts, claims and price, it is good but I expected more. Will keep an eye for future improvements and hope non stick longevity holds.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY SEE PICS
Don't waste your money I bought a full set of these from a sales show they bold face lied to me there is no returns they said full life time warranty could pass to the next owner said it's dishwasher safe return for any reason, scratch resistant. All a lie they are falling apart after 2 years, not dish washer safe at all. I called the co. they gave me 50% off next purchase. Don't waste your money plenty of better quality and pricing out there!

Great Cookware
I love the Eurocast products. This wasn't my first purchase, but the smallest pot was defective. Anyway, this probably won't be my last purchase.

Best pans out there
Cast iron at its best. Light weight and even temp for cooking. Gets hot and cools off fast.

Great for about 2 years
For the price, I expected them to last longer than they have. Large pan has the coating peeling off more and more each time I use it. You are better off buying a new non-stick pan for $20.00 every 2 years. Don't know if the pan will be usable when the coating finally all peels off. Suspect not. I agree with the person who stated don't waste your money.
