Tassel Depot100 Floss Bookmark Tassels - Black

I bought a set of 100 tassels to use on bookmarks. I was happy at first with the reasonable price and the variety of vivid colors. They felt sturdy with a silky feel and they gave our homemade bookmarks a professional look. I made a set of five bookmarks for both my mother-in-law and my mom and a set for our family. Each kid got one. Within a week to a few months, all four of the kids' tassels have come unknotted. As soon as it's unknotted, the fringe is everywhere and the cord starts to unravel and it's not worth fixing. The one bookmark I kept for myself is still okay,but I feel like I need to treat it with kid gloves now. I've tried to tighten the knot, but it feels like I might pull it loose instead of tightening in because it's cut short and I can only pull one end of the cords, if that makes sense. I'm disappointed that I gave these as a gift. I have 85 left that I was hoping to use in the future, but I feel they're not good quality and now worry about giving them away. I'll replace my kids' tassels with the extras, but I feel they should hold up longer than a few weeks. One of my kids is five years old and I wasn't particularly surprised that his tassel got destroyed, but I also have older kids who take care of their things and handled these as anyone would typically use a bookmark. If you're using them in an application where you are just looking at them and not repeatedly handling them, they should be fine. I'm bummed out the ones I received have not held up to normal use.

Perfect for bookmarks I made of my art prints. They were glossy and beautiful. A little on the thin side, but honestly, I prefer it so I can add a pony bead before attaching to the bookmark cover. Only problem I had was I wish this particular batch came with a green tassel! A few customers were disappointed I didn't have green available. I'm sure I can buy it in another set, but for a Classic batch, I would think it would have green. Oh well, still made for beautiful bookmarks!

These are good quality and good packaging. I was so excited to have found the perfect bright color of orange that I needed to match my bookmark text, but they showed up being almost burnt orange. I cannot use them for my project. I will hopefully find a use for them later.

I love these tassels. I bought them so I could give bookmarks away to people to advertise my book, and these are just perfect. They are so soft, and the cord is really thick. I made some tassels with a tassel maker that I bought, but the cord that goes through the bookmark hole is just a string, which means it could break. There is no way the cord on these will break. I think I should've probably just bought these instead of making my own. I also don't think I would be able to make rainbow tassels.

These are quality bookmark tassels. They were packaged and tied up neatly and I can easily pull one out as needed. I create bookmarks, and these are the perfect size. The gold color is vivid and very nice. Now to shop for colored ones that this company hopefully has.

I bought these for a class I was teaching. The students painted book marks and we used these tassels for that project. They loved it, and so did i.

These are the best tassels for bookmarks I've found. The length of the loop works better than the shorter ones on other tassels. The only problem is that some of them are frayed by the knots. I sell my book marks and dont want to use those because they're ugly and I'm worried they'll break/fall apart.

These are absolute garbage. Flimsy and fall apart too easy. They look bad, the colors are off, and they are too tiny to use for anything. Don’t get these!
