The sifter does all the hard work for you. I love that you press the button and it sifts until you press the button again. It is large enough to sift several cups of flour at once. I truly think this is the best appliance I have bought in a while. The weight is not too heavy. It functions great. I anticipate the sifter to last for a long time. I think I got my money's worth.I would recommend.

I have arthritis. This small sifter is a breeze to use as it runs on batteries. I most often use this sifter while baking treats for our fur baby.

I bought this a couple months ago. I do a lot of baking and thought this would be perfect for sifting powdered sugar. I put in a 2 cups of powder sugar and it worked very slowly, and strained. When it got to about half a cup, it picked up speed. So even tho it says 4 cups, it works better in little batches.I continued to use it about 10 times an then it started not going right away, then it finally just quit. I know it wasn't expensive,but I expected more than that.
