Q: It list a size 3x but the size chart only goes to a 2x. Which is correct?

It may be unavailable in the 3X. I would check back to see if it comes back in.

Amazon is great on exchanges. I have made exchanges 2 different ways depending on the seller. Some sellers have separate stores (brick & mortar) and will specify for you to send the item back to that location and sometimes w/ free shipping. They are quick to credit your Amazon account. The other way was to send back to Amazon after getting information from the website. It is an easy process whichever way the seller requests. I have never had any issues. The only thing I have noticed about exchanging after holidays is that some businesses will state that an item needs to be returned ( exchanged) by a certain date. Make sure you look for a date. If there is not one listed when you purchase item you are good to go. Amazon is here to make money and I have never known them to refuse to accept exchanges or returns. They must be in like new condition ( you have not washed them or damaged them - common sense.) Good luck- you are safe.

Q: Does this jacket have lining?

No it doesn't, it's the thickness of a flannel, I thought I was getting more of a jacket when I bought this.

Q: If i purchase my regular size will it fit wearing a shirt under it?

I went a size up on mine, just to be sure. I don't mind things being a little oversized, though. It's been so hot here I haven't worn it yet, let alone over anything.
