I would like a replacement I can't use it someone had this before and their is parts missing because their is a note attached to it

Not happy with this product
I bought this to crush and mash vegetables but it is not doing what it says should be doing. Not happy with this at all. I would not recommend this. Not happy that I can not use for the purpose and could not return as I opened it.
