Brooks Men's Dyad 11 Running Shoe

I have been buying this style of Brooks shoes for several years and have always been happy with them. They are well made and they fit well and are comfortable. I recommend these shoes if you are looking for a quality well fitting shoe.

I have another pair of Brooks, Ghost 13’s, in black. I wanted a white or mostly white pair. I have wide and very flat feet. Ghosts do not come in mostly white in a 2E size. After trying on other Brooks shoes which did come in 2E and white, I ordered these because the other Brooks did not fit my feet without discomfort. Color is light gray, not white, but I like the color more than the Ghost darker gray in 2E. I read Dyads were good for flat feet. They are comfortable while walking. The problem is when not walking. When sitting, the tops of the shoes press against the tops of my feet. It can become discomfortable after some time and I need to remove the shoes to stop the irritation. When standing, this is not an issue as my feet sink into the cushioning of the souls. If the Dyads did not feel like they were “binding” my feet when not walking, I would have given the shoes 5 stars. I am not sure if they will stretch out any or not, so 4 stars.

I have wide flat feet and I love these shoes! They provide a ton of support, they fit great and they’re really comfortable. This is my second pair.

I bought these because the description said they were diabetic certified shoes, since I have neuropathy in both feet from an injury and diabetes I figured since I already love Brooks I'll try them... Let me tell you I was shocked and relieved when I put these on as soon as I got them and wore them ALL DAY and had NO foot numbness or pain all day and was able to walk around and do things I don't usually get to do! The next day I went and ordered another pair they felt so good.If they were a little wider they'd be better than the $160 pair of beast gts I just bought.

Purchased these for golf, they work great. They are very stable and look even better. I walk 4-5 rounds per week, and the Dyad 11's are prefect.

Ich habe von den Brooks Dyad mindestens 10 Paar, und das sagt schon alles über diesen Schuh, der jetzt leider von Brooks ausm Sortiment genommen wurde. Dyad 10 war noch besser, beim Dyad 11 habe ich immer Abrieb im Fersenbereich. Aber bei 126kg und 192cm Größe ist es der einzige Schuh, den ich 8h lang bei der Arbeit tragen kann und danach noch damit nach Hause laufen kann. Er ist jeden Cent wert und hält ewig.

Sehr gut gedämpfter, im Aufsetzen also weicher Schuh.Wobei die Dämpfung auch auf das Gewicht bezogen gesehen werden sollte - ein Läufer mit 70 kg wird den Schuh vielleicht zu weich finden, während jemand mit 120 KG einfach einen anderen "Aufprall" hat.Neutralschuh, daher für Einlagen geeignet.Auch von der Weite her für Einlagen passend.Geeignet für Läufer mit- breiten Füßen- Einlagen- Gewicht über 100 kg (hier 120 kg)Getestet auf Wald- und Asphaltwegen, Halbmarathon.Fällt etwas kleiner aus.Darum wurde eine halbe Nummer größer bestellt, 49,5, die am Fuß auch nicht kleiner sein dürfte.

Have run in ghosts for years. These have a lower heel drop and are nice and wide. Perfect for day to day wearing around town, work etc which was the intended use. Very happy.

Wer Brooks kennt und mag, wird immer wieder diese Marke kaufen. Wie immer eine Nummer größer bestellen. Eignet sich sehr gut für lockere Lange Feinheiten, weniger für Rennen.
