I used this to mount a vacuum gauge on my dash by the A pillar. I drilled a 2nd hole in the housing for the hacuum hose. After driving around for several hours, the adhesive started letting go which caused the pod to come loose, however, I pressed it back down and it seems to be holding now. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this gauge pod.

For $6, it was a way better option for mounting my gauges under my dash. I may upgrade later though when I feel like spending more money. Its not the best, but it gets the job done. The pod can be tilted to any angle, and it rotates around the base. It can also be popped out of the base to work on the gauges, but sometimes it pops out on its own when I hit a bump. For the most part it stays put and is pretty sturdy. I had to wrap my gauges in tape so they wouldn't slide out because the opening was a little too big. I also screwed the base to my dash because I didn't want to deal with the double sided tape. You may have to mess with it a little bit to make it work how you want to. If you're on a budget, this will work great, but if you have the money, you may want to get something a little nicer.

Fits but had to use the Dremel to open the hole a little bit for the Chinese gauge I was putting into it. Decent plastic, if you're handy you can make this work.

little big for my application but used on the weekend car under the dash mounting with two screws.Get what you pay for. I did end up buying a second one and used it for mold/plug purpose to have gauge face but make into fiberglass composite type. So my nice car will have one of one custom deal then. The gauge pod issue was the depth mainly not going to a slant it's all one size unit. I needed something to replace the clock area in my car which is on the dash top center and the pod was like 1/1/2" to big by length and depth. So custom-made is the deal now.Perfect for dash mounting underneath or on top of the dash. Not perfect for my import car.Measure first then compare can be universally used in many makes and models even ATVS

You get what you pay for. Well not even. Missing parts. Wrong color.Their own gauge doesn't fit. Pod is way to large. Complete waste of money.

The gauge pods in the ad are clearly black plastic but the one I received is carbon fiber looking .I'm ok with it . The 52 mm gauges fit the holes perfectly .

Could use a couple mounting holes near the front when hanging upside down. Otherwise it works well

The item description showed the product was a black finish but when it arrived it had a carbon fibre finish. Not what I was wanting.
