This model is a great value for the money. The level of detail is pretty impressive as well. The smaller bricks allow for a more exact replica than larger bricks do. Its definitely an investment in time to complete a model with 2300 pieces but especially so when all the pieces are the smallest types. Do yourself a huge favor and either sort the pieces before beginning assembly or only open the bags as needed. You'll save yourself hours of time looking for the right pieces. I bought this for my 10 year old for Christmas and he never put it together so I finally did. It was fairly easy especially if you are into these types of builds. It comes with an instruction book and extra pieces incase you lose some. I definitely think that they should have left the flowers/trees toward the end because they kept getting in the way and falling over doing the build. They could have constructed the poles on the front and back of the building better as well. They kept coming apart as I build up as well. But all in all the build was great, and I would recommend this product.

I must not have noticed there specs, but these pieces are so small, and difficult. The instructions are nothing but a photo, one singular photo. Also! The colors are so hard to tell apart in the photo.

So I work from home and during the slow times I enjoy putting these together. I opened this set this morning right off the bat step one not enough green legos to complete step one. Also step one the light gray part there isn't room to do it. Not enough pieces and directions are wrong.

Got this for my husband for Christmas, he loved it. He was busy for days working on it. Some nice long tweezers came in handy during the assembly. I will be ordering him another one

The instructions are not super clear. I got this for my son and ended up putting the whole thing together myself because there is no way he could have done it with the instructions provided. In total it took me about 10 hours to assemble, but the quality is great. The blocks are very small, but they aren’t hard to put together like other Lego off brands. They connected very easily. I do not recommend this for children, but a capable adult can put this together with little to no problem.

If you don't have spare parts, the one I got would be unbuildable. At least three types of bricks were missing 5-6 pieces along with about 5 other parts just missing one or two. I was fortunate enough to have spares from my Titanic build. That got me far enough to call it done although it would have been nice to have the correct part for the roof.Good fit and finish. Fun and sort of challenging. Good instructions. Great value - just buy two!

Very small pieces. It took a long time to build, but looks great when completed.
