What I like most about this workout system is that it isn't ...
I was debating whether to give this a 4 or a 5. I went with 5 because this is the only workout system I've completed and gone back to complete a couple times more. There are some inconsistencies with some of the reps, noticed one side might have a few more reps then the other side but I simply change the side I'm working on with the next set. What I like most about this workout system is that it isn't hard on the joints, mainly my bad knees. The pace is at a speed where you can easily adjust weights if you started with too heavy or too light of a kettlebell. I've increased my kettlebell weight a couple times now so I still get sore muscles in the spots I expect soreness. I find I get the best results when I add two days a week cardio like walking or riding my bike. All in all I think it's a great program for beginners; intermediate and advanced exercisers would have to add something to the program to give it the results the want in my opinion.

Learn the moves, then pass it on...
Not a very cohesive program, but the moves are there. The segments were filmed separately with varying amounts of participants which felt derailing right from the first workout. Maybe it's just me, but I want to see the people on the screen going through the same workout I am. The plus side to these DVDs is a full set of moves to use with a kettle bell weight. I learn the moves then incorporate them into my own routines. The videos deliver on motivation, but is quickly de-focused by inconsistent segments and jerky editing. The participants are far from professionals, some nearly falling off their platform, but the moves will wear your butt out. Literally wear your butt out.

Great Workout!
I loved this series of workouts. Challenging for people new to kettle bell work outs. I went through all weeks with my wife and now we are increasing the weights of the kettle bells. I also did notice a change in my cardio and body after the six weeks. Keep at it, it's worth it in the end!

Good workouts, video production is so-so.
Workouts have some unprofessional looking edits, but are progressive and challenging enough to be worth while. If you are on a plateau and looking to change things up, give KettleWorx a try. You will need to buy your own kettle bell; this edition is a DVD set only.

Just Ok
I have many exercise dvd's. This set is ok . The trainer is really annoying and it is cheaply made. Workout is good but careful of your neck. I rotate them in occasionally when I workout. Good way to get to introduced to kettle bells.

Not bad
Bought this for an extremely overweight friend. She enjoyed it and used it with pretty good results.

Okay
Bad editing. Workouts are ok but they are repetitive. Lots of squats and lunges. But for the price I guess I shouldn't have expected anymore than what I got.
