In the ingredients, there is " tartary buckwheat seed powder", is the seed powder same as htb flour? meaning that it's htb flour in the capsules?

It is the seeds from the hardy plant that make up the flour (htb). Without the flour inside the capsule, there will be no rejuvenation activities when administered. Therefore, the answer to your question is yes. HTB is inside the capsule, and you can visibly see it by examining one of the capsules from the bottle.

Should there be a strong odor? Mine was manufactored 6/21 but 6/23 expiration. This one smells different than the others.

Mine expires 10/23...not much of a smell.

Are the polyphenols mentioned in the ingredients , " quercetin, diosmin, hesperidin, luteolin, rutin, etc.", added or found within HTB seed powder?

They are both part of the HTB and have been added.
