I bought this almost 3 years ago and still use it. It’s not an XL tub but it’s big enough that I use it for an 8lb pork butt, 4lb chuck roasts, fresh young chicken etc. I have never popped the plug on the bottom because I never needed too, but with that said, after using and I fill it to soak and clean it, the liquids never leak out. As far as the knife goes, I have never used it. I have nice expensive knives so I just tossed it aside. It looks like it would be perfect for veggies and small items. It’s a nice cutting board that can be a tub which is perfect for not making a mess on your counter when applying dry rub or sauce, or even doing a wet brine. Cleans easy and being collapsible makes it great for storage. The rubber has held up all this time and it’s a purchase I am glad I made.

I bought this as a gift and it was a hit. The person uses it every time they grill or uses the smoker. It cleans easily and has multiple functions. It condenses so that storing is easy.

handy little thing to have..I'd say especially when traveling or short on space. I recently moved to a new place, very short on space, wasn't sure where my regular kitchen supplies were packed so ordered this until I could find them. Everything perfect except the collapsible seam/fold is quite thin...so is not the easiest to flatten it back, once you've used it as I tub. I managed to do it, but it would work better if that area was more sturdy. I have a cat litterbox with exactly the same concept and it is very easy to reshape into whatever configuration you want, even after a year. This, on the other hand, was not easy after one use. That being said, it served the purpose..I'd recommend it more for camping supplies than everyday use. PS, Knife was sharp enough, which is a plus

This is a game changer for BBQing! Easy clean up and keeps seasoning in the bowl, don't use the knife much buts that is just my choice. Folds easy too.

Used it for the first time and wife commented on how I didn't leave seasoning all over our counter after seasoning some meat. Perfect size for a pork butt. Doesn't take up much room when collapsed. Great value for the money. Haven't used the built in knife or cutting board but appears to be good quality to cut on. Perfect package.

Love it! It! I have a bucket version of this for my fish tank that I fell in love with for its handiness and storability so when we were going camping I got this one to use as a basin for dishes or for cleaning fish or you know whatever! Enter this thing worked great! We used it to do dishes. We used it to clean the fish. We used it to carry water from the stream and the water source at the campground. The little stopper in the bottom actually holds water which I was concerned about but no problems even in the Rocky mountains! I know when you're done you just fold it up. Slide it under the seat and off you go!

Functional but clumsy I worry about long term durability.

Bought this for my son because he loved the one I had. Perfect gift for the grilled and also great for the gardener and canner. Fits in sink perfect to help wash veggies. Cutting board perfect for all cutting. Lite weight and storage is easy bc of the collapsing design! Wish it was just a little bigger.

It is not collapsible , the moment you try the sides tear of. You can only use as a basket and hence waste of money

It's very compact but it was very stiff and hard to push out. Great that it came with a knife.
