It actually tastes decent. It is not that chalky and it is supposed to taste like Cherry. . .I can't really tell if it tastes like cherry but it does taste decent. And since I've gotten this, I am going to say that I do not mind taking this daily which is important as there are some vitamins that I did not want to take daily and if you are going to buy vitamins, you need to make sure that you will take it. I'm not sure if it is absorbing well BUT I can say that I do feel a difference in my energy levels.
