Q: My bed tent sliding down

I had to put 1x2's cross ways in between box spring and matress. Counter sink 1/2 holes then zip tie. No more issues. My daughter's bed only has a head board

Q: Is this fit king size bed ?

This fits queen or full size. I doubt it would fit a king sized bed.

Q: Is the tent able to be shorted for a top bunk?

I would say no. The tent is pretty tall unless you have a high ceiling. If you do then yes. The poles are plastic. I guess you could cut them put it would take away from the tent.
