I really enjoy that this supplement does not have any unusual flavor. It is also affordable and I have had no side effects. Other supplements sometimes upset my stomach, but this one has not. I believe that the supplement has increased my milk supply. I will still be ordering bottles throughout the first year. I plan to breast-feed my son

I have noticed a difference in just two days . I usually don’t leave reviews but my supply is going up by the day . My baby won’t latch a lot so I am pumping and wasn’t leaking milk at all at night before taking these and now I am having to pump in the middle of the night or I wake up with a soaked bra . In two days my baby went from only have one breast milk bottle to atleast three. Cant wait to see how much I will produce in a week .

Around 3-4 weeks I was having to supplement 1-2 bottles of formula by the end of the day because my supply was falling short. I personally don't have a problem with formula, I just wanted to save expenses where I could. This product had great reviews, a good dosage, and quantity so that I could take 3 capsules 3x daily. I read somewhere that for fenugreek to help increase your supply you need to consume 5-10g daily to see results (fact check me on that, don't just take my word). I was already pumping at the end of every nursing session for up to 30min as rec by my doctor. But whatever I pumped I had to give to baby, I never was able to store. I started taking this product around 4-5 weeks postpartum, and in about a week I went from underproducing to being able to freeze 6oz a day. I took the supplement for two weeks roughly and was freezing 12-18oz every other day. My supply stayed consistent like that for months. I am now currently 6mo postpartum and caught a stomach bug, barely could eat and got dehydrated, which cut my supply in almost half. Started having to supplement formula (thankfully enfamil sends samples to new moms, it got me through both this drought and the initial one..go register if you haven't!). I am trying not to touch my BM storage. My goal is to have enough stored that I can stop pumping/nursing at the end of 2022, which would be 9/10mo, and have plenty to make it through until we swap baby completely to reg milk/food. Since I still have a few months left, I am restarting my supplementation and writing this review so I may receive a second free bottle. If you're struggling with your supply, I highly recommend this product. Other things I recommend are to drink plenty of water, as close to a gallon daily as you can get. If you're like me and don't love water, mix 'great value' electrolyte water flavoring packets or Liquid IV in to help get it down. Continue taking your supplements, either prenatal or postnatal, or whatever is recommended by your dr or pediatrician. Don't forget to EAT momma! You have to eat to produce, worry about getting snatched back after baby is getting plenty of milk. And pump WHILE nursing to save time. Your supply will be up in no time, and then others can help you feed baby while you take a nap.

The product was great. I have used fenugreek before and was pleased with the results. This time I used this specific product for help with milk production with breastfeeding my newborn. I noticed an increase in my supply after only two or three days but after 3-4 weeks of use I have been able to maintain a steady milk supply. No bad taste or smell, it has a faint smell or syrup but that’s really not unpleasant.

These fenugreek capsules have helped me increase my breast milk a bit. I like that they are organic and easy to take. They work, though not immediately.
