I have noticed a difference in just two days . I usually don’t leave reviews but my supply is going up by the day . My baby won’t latch a lot so I am pumping and wasn’t leaking milk at all at night before taking these and now I am having to pump in the middle of the night or I wake up with a soaked bra . In two days my baby went from only have one breast milk bottle to atleast three. Cant wait to see how much I will produce in a week .

This product was recommended by a family member after i gave birth to my second child and was facing milk production issues. I did not get milk in my first few days after delivery and post it was also very less. I started this medicine in my second week of delivery and saw a very Good result after using it for 10 days and following exactly what has been prescribed at the back of the bottle. I took 2 pills each with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I thank mamaselect for this product as it has helped me provide breastmilk to my infant which i thought i would not be able to. It has given me new confidence and a ray of hope. I would truely recommend this product to all those struggling new moms out there. This product is hands down the best Fenugreek supplement I have tried - and I've tried a couple off of Amazon, another brand from Whole Foods and a 5th from my local organic market. I think the major difference is the potency, (this was double the others), but even when I took extra capsules of the other brands so that the total intake was the same as this one, it didn't work as well. I know for sure because I ran out of this product and had to wait a couple of days before it would arrive. I used the supplements from the organic market... and had to take 16 of them to equal the potency of this product... and my supply still noticeable decreased by about 20%. I wouldn't say the capsule size is small, but it was slightly smaller than 2 of the other brands I tried and pretty much what you'd expect from an herbal capsule. I am exclusively breastfeeding (EP) due to latch issues with the baby and low supply issues on my end, so I know exactly how much I am making every pump, every day. It is hard not to stress out about not making enough milk to feed your baby and I worked with 4 lactation consultants, had our baby's tongue tie corrected, and tried pumping 12-14 times/day to help increase my supply - but nothing worked like this. I now pump 7 times a day and make 30 oz, which is enough to freeze at least an extra 4 oz a day. For full disclosure, I also make lactation cookies with oatmeal and brewer's yeast, but I tried those as my first method of increasing supply and did not notice much of a difference. I mostly still make them because it gives me an excuse to have a cookie with my coffee (decaf) in the morning. My husband says that I smell like breakfast and when I sweat, I definitely smell the maple syrup smell, but that is such a minor side effect (of any Fenugreek supplement) that I can definitely live with that for a year.

I usually don’t write reviews for anything, but I had to for this one!! It worked wonders definitely upped my supply by 2/3 oz each feeding/pumping, of course along with eating lots of protein and staying super hydrated

I really enjoy that this supplement does not have any unusual flavor. It is also affordable and I have had no side effects. Other supplements sometimes upset my stomach, but this one has not. I believe that the supplement has increased my milk supply. I will still be ordering bottles throughout the first year. I plan to breast-feed my son
