Can i haul plywood with these be racks?

yes, should be fine for stacking wood on top of these cross bars.

Will this fit 2018 Chevy Traverse with factory rails? 52” or 56”?

We have an Acadia and the 52” fits. 56” would have been way too long.

Will this work with Thule ski racks?

Did not work with Thule ski rack. Too thick for Thule rack to clamp around.
