OK so i went to the doctors probably last year for some severe cramping and they gave me a prescription that had been (get this) discontinued. HILARIOUS. NOT. on an x-ray I was told I was backed up probably 10 pounds worth.I started taking this just recently (I know bad boy) and I am impressed it works fast! its not going to make you leak anything out but just pay attention, obviously you know when you have to go. I was nervous about how it would effect me, but was willing to give it a shot. My diet is not the best in the world, but it is not the absolute worst either. First let me say that as a weight loss product I did in fact lose 3 pounds which I was amazed. My jeans fit better. No heartburn and no gas, which has changed my life. I was drinking a big bottle of water daily with this, which I think is very very important to get this to work.I take two pills a day, one at night and one after I wake up. I have already recommended this to friends and will continue to do so.

Because of the different medications that I am on, I have a difficult time with constipation I sometimes will go three or four days without having a bowel movement and then when I finally have one, it is painful.
