is it suitable for kerosene

I don't know for sure, but I can't see why not. Kerosene is made from crude oil, so it's not so different from petrol or diesel. I can't see why it should attack this hose any more than those fuels would. In fact I've just seen a hose fitting advertised for kerosene which was made with R6 rubber compound, which is exactly the one in these fuel hoses, the same ones which I bought for my old motorbike. You might need to ask someone who actually knows what they're talking about though.... I'd also be thinking hard about exactly how it's to be installed, given that fixed oil burning installations always seem to use copper pipe.
