Are these glyphosate-free?

Organic grains and beans don't use glyphosate in their harvesting. So, these should be OK.

So, if this is wheat berries, why does the bag say "flour" on it? I do not want a bag of flour

I have ordered this in the past, and it was in fact wheat berries. Not sure why it says flour in smaller letters, but I did get wheat berries when I ordered it. Hope this helps.
