The instructions are all written in Chinese which I haven't learned. My phone tried to translate it, but it turned out pretty useless overall. I have no idea how to reset anything. The resistance bands are nice, but the clips are terrible. They pop off randomly, so I need to be careful where I use this thing. The build quality is subpar, but since I'm not trying to impress anyway and it was cheap, it was expected.But the actual use is what I like. My knee is pretty bad but I can use this fine without much pain. Often, I'll slide it under the table and use the bands like a rowing machine. So this is a good cheap fitness gear to own. I just wish it had handles to carry and could fold down flat.

I hate exercise... dread it in fact. But getting older, fatter and lazier. Needed something simple to start using that isn't bulky and simple to use. I get on it several times throughout the day and each time I can stay on it longer. It's easy on my bad knees, I control the pace of each step. Being able to see how many steps and calories burned is an added benefit. Good quality and design for the price.

The tension is not adjustable, only the height of the foot-pads. The tension is very tight, which makes stepping hard on the knees and calves.

I am thoroughly enjoying my fitness stair climber! It's of good structure and quality. I use it while watching TV. I also like the challenge of the climber in doing more steps each time. It's. great overall workout.

It makes quite a lot of noise when the pedals hit the bar at the base, however you can get a pretty good workout on it
