Perfect size
The baker in me loves these sets. It works well for cookies, roasted veggies, etc. Easy to clean because their size fits easily in the dishwasher unlike its larger counterparts.

Very sturdy
I haven't used these yet but I love them! The pans are hefty, the racks fit inside perfectly, and the rubber baking mats are also thick & don't slide in the pans. Can't wait to use them.

Shallow Roasting pans and/or Cookie sheets
These pans are not made weak. These pans are not at all flimsy. The pans are multipurpose and the wire racks are strong as well. The silicone mat is a great touch that helps with clean up but are not needed. Awesome find for oven cooking all types of dishes. 1

So Handy for the Bravo XL Oven
I use one of these every day with my Bravo XL Oven. It is a great size for that, and works well to reheat pizza, warm a muffin, bake a biscuit, even roast a spatchcocked chicken with one of the cooling racks in the pan!They do temporarily warp in the oven when it gets hot (hence 4 stars), but that won't matter unless I start baking cookies on them.The circles drawn on the mats look to be scaled down from a full-sized baking sheet size, so they honestly have little value: Don't count the circles and think that's how many 3" cookies will fit - the circles are just 1-1/2" diameter each.

Perfect size for small batches of baking. I love that it includes racks and silicone mats. I use these pans all the time and with proper cleaning they have not warped or stained yet!

Silicone mat makes cookies easy to remove and put on cooling rack.

Baking and Cooking pans work very well.
Love the cookie mats and easy clean up. They are light weight to medium ( i would say). Bakes a dozen cookies or more depending on size of cookie that you want. So, good baking capacity. No problem with stickiness. I like the size of it. It is just perfect for me.
