Definite need & very informative for those wanting to become better interviewers
As a Certified Fraud Examiner, I can say that Don Rabon is a known expert in the art of interviewing and interrogation and really delivers with this book on fraud-related interviewing. The format of the book and examples are excellent and could serve on its own as an entire semester course on interviewing. "Fraud Related Interviewing" is a book written for those at all levels, and one that you will continually return to in your effort to improve your skills.

Five Stars
Good read, examples are good.

Unorganized and full of grammar errors.
I don't think this book had an editor. It contained several grammar errors and the organization was difficult to follow. The appendixes made no sense and were redundant.

Cheap piece of work ...
The first five pages are promising, and then ... nothing. Only mock interviews of imaginary fraudsters who happily tell their life stories, including self-incriminating details of how they engaged in fraud. I am sure the authors know better than this. I was both disappointed and relieved when, to my surprise, I found out that the second half of the book was only a word for word re-print of comments made in the previous pages. My advice: read the first five pages at your local library and place the book back on the shelf.
