I have been down the indoor rabbit hole of late, trying to find the best kind for my stability running shoes. The shoes provide support, so I’m not looking at orthotic insoles. Orthotics plus stability shoe equals overcorrection. Anyways…These insoles work well for jogging. Here’s why:1. They’re very soft with good energy return. Not hard or rigid at all.2. There is arch support but it’s not stiff or too high, which is what I want since my feet are fairly flat.3. They’re thick enough to get the job done, but not so much so as to make my shoes feel tight.4. I can feel the gel in the heel and forefoot providing rebound and cushioning. I have no foot pain if I jog with these in the shoes.5. The top cloth is moisture-wicking and doesn’t make my feet slip around.6. They are designed with a heel cup, instead of just a slab of foam under the heel. That contouring helps stabilize my feet during the gait cycle, controlling unwanted side-to-side motion.7. They’re a good value. They’re well constructed and seem like they’ll be very durable, extending the life of my jogging shoes. With these, I’m hoping to get a solid year of jogging out of those shoes (possible, since I only use them for jogging).All told, this is a great product for those of us who need extra cushioning and a little arch support added to our shoes for athletic activity. It’s not a substitute for an orthotic when one is needed, but I do think it’s the best product of its kind.

I bought these insoles because I ordered some shoes that felt a little too big. I am happy to report that this is exactly what I needed to enjoy these shoes.

Lasted 7 months with light use. Didn't last as long as the soles that were original to the sneakers.Beware: My foot started getting really sore, to the extent that I had to cancel tennis playing. It took me a week to figure out that the sole had worn out at the big toe area, and that this was the cause. I switched sneakers, and the pain went away completely in a day or two.

Bought these before. Comfortable . Did not have to trim to fit.

Bought a pair last year they did ok. Bought a second pair since the first ones held up. The second pair are already coming apart after only used 4 times. Quality seems to have changed since the last pair or I got a defect.

Have used these for years. For the price I haven’t found a better option. They’ve helped me eliminate shin splints on multiple occasions. They also have consistently held up for about a year for each pair I’ve bought which feels solid for the price.

I have tried lots of different insoles. I weight 250 lbs, knees, ankles, heels hurting for standing all day. These insoles have surprised me. I can feel the perfect softness, cushiness, not too soft like the original insoles in shoes or even in expensive shoes, yet these insoles are not hard eighter. I can feel the softness, pain free, no more pain in my ankles, knees, nor my heels. I recommend everyone to give these insoles a shot. I'm not disappointed. Simple the perfect cushion. No need for arch support, eventhough im flat footed, this are doing the job of keeping my steps soft as if walking on air.
