The packaging is not designed well. Because the top lid only can tighten one half of a turn it does not take much of an impact to cause lid to pop off and sometimes seal to break. This is bad news for folks outside of target market location. How possible is it manufacturer can improve container design?

Love the fact that it is not made of palm oil. Very tasty. It came in in good packaging and we already done with it and want to order more.

Pricey but a better option. Rich taste. Tastes like dark chocolate. One would have to get used to this instead of Nu.. Nothing beats Nu..a’s flavor in my opinion. Packaging was terrible, box was needed instead of mailer - see photos!

Shipping box was in great condition, the product leaked all over & when I opened the lid, it was loose & the safety seal was entirely off & was within the lid.

I bought this product because of a review that I read here... she mentioned that it was not overwhelming in sweet like Nutella. She was right. I find nutella way to sweet & this Kraft product is so yummy & really has a great hazelnut flavour too. :-)

I don’t know what happened to the other brand that I used to love but they must have changed the formula at some point because it’s terrible now. After resisting trying another brand for years the cravings finally became too much so I tried Kraft’s version and it is AMAZING. Creamy and smooth, good consistency, no palm oil. If you’re missing that old stuff, try this one!

Incredibly smooth and delicious! I also like that it is low in saturated fats.
