LOVE this bag
Its amazingly sturdy and it has pockets for days. Its a really good bag for mallet players who don't focus as much on snare or timpani, as the pockets really lend themselves to holding one set of snare sticks, two or three pairs of timp mallets, and several sets of four mallets for marimba. It could easily accommodate a Drum set player as well, with space for different types of sticks, brushes, and a set of mallets for cymbal rolls. One of the exterior pockets is the perfect size for a small music binder, though you may have trouble fitting the large music folders most school bands use. This issue is easily over looked, however, if you invest in a thin binder. Even after a summer of rough use marching drum corps, the bag still looks fantastic; brand new even! Definitely a great purchase for the percussion enthusiast!

Worth of money
I thought the price was a bit high but had to buy it because this exact bag was required by school band director. She has used it every day for one school year and it held well and still look good. The material is very thick and heavy. My daughter kept her several sets of mallets and practice pad, Mateonom etc. We've never owned other kind so I can't compare but I think it is worth of money and will last long.

Good, Sturdy Bag
I got this bag for my boyfriend, not me, who's majoring in music education and is a percussionist. He needed a bigger stick bag, and this holds basically everything he could ever need. The leather is nice, durable, and thick, and it seems like it will withstand the wear and tear that he puts it through. He's happy, so I'm happy with it too. The one complaint is that it's very heavy due to its thick leather, on top of the weight of the sticks and mallets, and a bit awkward to carry from the small handle on the top.

Built like a tank... mostly.
My initial reaction was "This case is massive!"The good:Leather and zipper are very high quality and have the look-and-feel of something built to last your entire life. There is enough space to pack everything a stick bag should, minus the actual percussion. A couple small pockets inside make carrying a pitch pipe, drum key, or other small sensitive equipment easy and accessible. It would have been nice to make something like a magnetic detachable keyring inside for quickly grabbing your drum key. For the money, the quality overall is satisfactory. The bad:The hooks for attaching to your low tom are pathetic, little (in comparison to the case), thin plastic, and spring loaded with what feels like the worlds smallest spring. The tom hooks are connected with the stretchy unreliable elastic seen in backpack netting. The hooks for the detachable backpack straps are also lacking in reliability. They feel and look like the ones that come attached to toys and toddler backpacks. Because this case can hold so much, these hooks feel like they will never last.

Nice faux leather bag
Nice faux leather bag. Has a ton of pockets to put things in. It doesn't have individual slots for each pair of sticks like other stick bags due, it has two large holes, so you can put as many as you can fit. Strap is customizable to fit anyone. Would recommend to anyone who needed a large, reliable stick bag.

Big, strong bag at an outstanding price
I had a Zildjian cloth stick bag for about 10 years (3 years too long), and replaced it with this one. Yeah, it holds the kitchen sink. I like having a large variety of yarn mallets, rods, sticks, and brushes with me, and this is a great way to store it all. I even keep a hand tambourine in the big front pouch!

Had to buy this model because that's what the band ...
Had to buy this model because that's what the band director said so. The bag only made it about half-way through the school year until the zipper started becoming detached and would no longer zip all the way.

Love this stick bag!
I have had the same drum stick bag for probably 10-15 years before I bought this one. I love it! It's big. It has different levels of compartments. I also like that I can either carry it with my hands or sling it like a backpack. The only downside to this bag, which isn't a deal-breaker, is the inside doesn't have separate sleeves, so when I open or close the bag, my drumsticks slide to either the middle or the outside every time. My last drumstick bag had this, which kept everything in place. Besides that little flaw, I love it and would recommend it.
