Bought these based on price and I am totally satisfied. Works as well as Salonpas and other 4% Lidocaine brands, including store brand generics. Adhesion has been excellent. I totally recommend.FOLLOW UP (12/10/23) - Frustration with Adhesive BackingI am on my second box of 30. While I am still very satisfied with the effectiveness and convenience of these pads, I am frustrated by product inconsistency. Specifically, the plastic backing is sometimes difficult to remove, the adhesive is gooey and sticky, and as I peel the backing, the pad tends to fold in on itself and/or gets stretched out. This occurred on a few of the pads in the first box I bought, but most were fine. As I begin to use the second box, it has occurred on nearly every pad. This is frustrating and I have occasionally had to throw out a pad, or snip off a portion that had folded over and became unusable.As I read back over reviews, I have noticed that a lot of people have had this experience as well. That is disappointing. I will be reaching out to Wellspring, if they do not respond in this forum.4/10/24 FOLLOW UPI did follow up with Wellspring at their number on the box. They were very responsive and sent me a new box of 30. I appreciate their responsiveness.Between the box of 30 I had just started using, and the box they sent me, I have had very few pads that peeled smoothly as designed. Most were sticky and stretched out as I tried to peel and apply them to my knee and ankle. I often cut the pad in half because I do not need a complete 3.9"x5.5" pad in either area. Either way, when applying the pad it tends to stretch from 1.5 to 2 times its length. I just put a complete 3.9x5.5 on my knee. Final size when applied was 2.9"x12".Unfortunately, I suspect, from both experience and others' reviews, that most of the other similar sized and priced pads sold here on Amazon are likely to have the same problem. Good pain relief but unreliable application and adhesion.

I’m a retired pharmacist and I have multiple back issues. I’ve used lidocaine patches for 20 years. These are the absolute BEST patch out there. I don’t understand people saying they’re thin, they are not. They are thicker than SalonPas which makes them easier to peel and apply. Some commented they’ll fold over on itself while applying- well they ALL do until you get the technique down. I apply them on my lumbar area and shoulder. But as you guess I cannot apply to mid back without assistance. I’m very impressed with this patch, I’ve not had one roll up nor slide off. And they’re cheaper!!! I’ve cancelled my Salonpas auto order now, only using these!!Edited review 3-6-2025Well wellspring changed their manufacturing plant FROM India TO China and the product is terrible now. The product from India was flat, and stiffer. So easy to apply and even reposition if necessary. I got a new box from China today, I knew something was up because the box was over twice as big, yet the patch is folded inside. Now the product is flimsy, tends to easily stick to itself when applying and horribly gooey. I don’t think there would be anyway to adjust positioning once it’s on. I’ve applied one and I’ll see today if pain relief is adequate

Love this patches. They have become the only patches my family uses. They work great 12hr on 12hr off. Only thing that help with my pain on my sides. Once you place it on it stays in place, even when im sleeping. Totally worth the price and you get alot of paches vs buy in store/pharmacy.

Problematic with the adhesion to skin. Don't move around or sweat, even a little. They do not stick very well. I have been using duct tape to help them stick.They do work well in terms of pain relief.

Effective and easy to use lidocaine patch. No problems with the stickiness. Pain relief lasts longer than a lidocaine cream I was using prior. The quantity will last a while and I will purchase this item again.

This is the second time I purchased this brand. The first two boxes I bought were great! Stuck well, pain relief for about 4 hours, etc. They changed the packaging. They now cone folded in a smaller package and a larger quantity box. I WILL NOT be buying them again. While the pain relief is comparable they don't stick worth a darn. They roll up and get stuck to clothing. Not worth the money. The quality is no longer comparable.

Good product, stays on site without peeling off, great pain relief

Works for my aches and pains. My only gripe is that it comes loose after awhile and I need to use some surgical tape to keep it in place.
