ensky Studio Ghibli Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind collection Ohmu (calm)

I absolutely love Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, so I naturally needed this Ohmu in my studio space. I love how vibrant the eyes are on this little guy. The box even says "Approved by Studio Ghibli" on the bottom (photo attached).My only concern is that the toy seemed to need to be broken in a little for the movement part of it to flow correctly, but that might just be how it is. Otherwise, it's a great addition to my art studio and I adore it! This toy is not just for kids, since I am 24 years old and love it!

The order said it would take over a month to arrive, but it actually showed up in about two weeks time. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise.While a little smaller than I thought it would be, it looks really nice. The eyes really stand out and the overall color and design of it feel very accurate to an Ohm. I got this as a gift for someone and I'm sure they'll enjoy it.

This was an impulse buy and I’m so glad I followed through. Nausicaa is my favourite Ghibli film and the ohmu will always have a special place in my heart. This little guy is beautiful and he guards my jungle of plants. Pay attention to the size, it’s small but perfect for what I was looking for. The wind up mechanism is such a bonus!

One, when I ordered this, the information stated clearly that it was a STUFF TOY of a decent size (wish I had taken a screen shot of the information) and NOT a tiny pull back toy that wasn't worth the money spent. When I came back to see why I was sent the wrong thing, someone had clearly changed the information on the page.Two, it looks pretty fragile and makes me not want to remove it from its packaging. So I don't recommend this for kids under the age of ten.For the good side: The detail looks very good, especially compared to the video. The front little feelers look fragile, again why i'm not taking it out of the box, so I don't know if mine works as a 'pull back and release' toy.Otherwise, all I can say is that anyone ordering had better triple check the information about the item. Look to other reviews for how the toy works as I'm not taking mine out of the packaging!

Its got wheels! It's actually a little pull back racer Om. Nice surprise. Going on the Xmas tree next year!

A gift.

Cute toy. Nausicaa is probably my favorite Ghibli/Miyazaki film, and the Ohmu are symbolically quite important misunderstood beasts. The toy is nicely detailed, and lots of movement from the wind-up action. I prefer happy Ohmu, but I love that Ensky makes the angry ones too. Anyway, if you think you want one of these, you won't be disappointed - very good quality.

It wasn’t quite what we were expecting given the picture in the listing, but we are very happy with the quality of the product.

This is AMAZING! My son loves this, it looks so similar to the film and he thinks it is wonderful.I get why some would consider this only a collectible, personally given that the price was the cheapest by MORE than half and believe me I have looked all over for this figure, I was so pleased to get this for my son as a gift just to play with. Works perfectly and I love how the body movement also replicates the movie version when it is pulled back and let go.Postage wise I am from the UK but it only took a little over a week to be delivered to me and while it was painstaking waiting it was well worth the wait and considering where it came from I am very satisfied with the postage time. Overall GREAT price GREAT delivery time and FANTASTIC product I would recommend!

The detailing was very poor compared to the photograph, packaged poorly and very small ... not worth the money!
