Dangerous
I got this for my mother in law who is mostly bedridden. She loved it for the whole month that it worked. It stopped working due to BURNING THROUGH THE HEATING ELEMENT! Every single one burned through the blanket. See picture I attached. I am so glad that she herself didn't get burned.

DO NOT BUY FROM SedonaHouse
DO NOT BUY FROM SedonaHouseDon't buy this blanket and definitely don't buy it from seller "SedonaHouse". SedonaHouse took more than half a week to even give the item to the carrier (UPS). They shipped it UPS GROUND from the other side of the country. In total, with their delay in giving the item to the carrier and UPS ground service across the US, it took MORE THAN 2 WEEKS for me to receive this item after ordering. I deeply regret purchasing from SedonaHouse. When it did FINALLY arrive, it was in cheap plastic package that was falling apart. The electric blanket warmth is poor to mediocre. Oddly, the controller has 6 settings: L, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, where 6 is the highest power/warmth. On power level 6, I put it on a wattage meter and measured an average of around 55W (it shows about 110W at 50% duty cycle). That's equivalent to around the middle setting on most other blankets which makes it half as warm as other blankets.. I realized it goes up to 6 because the L setting looks like 7 upside down so they stopped at 6 so there's no confusion between L and 7, although they could have just done 1-8 (9 would look like 6 on the screen). 55W is not a lot and the blanket only gets lukewarm. I didn't measure the temperature but in a 60F room wrapped around me, seems like the wires only go up to 90F (the wires are only a small portion of the blanket so the average blanket temperature is maybe 80F); that's on the highest setting. I can't imagine anyone using this to stay warm in any room under 50F.The attachment point of the cord to the heating element is on one of the corners. The cord from the blanket to the remote is about 2 feet and the outlet to the remote is about 6-7 feet. You can definitely feel the wires. They're about as thick as the blanket material so you can definitely feel them. However, they don't hold their shape which is good and the blanket is generally easy to manipulate. The attachment point where the blanket connects to the cord is somewhat large at about 6 x 3 in. It uses a very large plastic connector. It seems like it would be durable but it gets in the way when you're trying to move the blanket around. It's also heavy and pulls on the corner. If I wanted to keep using this blanket, I would probably try to elevate the remote/connector so it doesn't pull so much on the blanket. Other blankets have a center feed to make it so there isn't uneven pulling on a corner.Overall, I'm very disappointed. This is a below average product and SedonaHouse has been a poor seller. I would return it but judging by the poor standards for SedonaHouse's shipping, I'm guessing they don't care and I don't want to have anything to do with them. UPDATE: I actually tried to return it even though I knew I was dealing with a bad seller. They said "Sorry for the item, we will refund to you soon. There is no need to return the item, thank you". That never happened. They lied. This is the worst seller I've ever dealt with, on Amazon or anywhere else.

Electric/Heated part already quit working
Purchased for elderly fellow who had an old cotton electric blanket for many years which only worked a little on its highest setting. He was initially proud to have a warmth setting working which matched the number on the dial, but that only lasted through Christmas, now it's Valentines Day and that has stopped altogether. The instructions say to make sure there are no kinks, the poor old guy goes around his bed smoothing the blanket after he wakes up in the morning and before going to bed at night, he's had me come over and make sure, now I have to find another one because this one is crap. Save your money.

1 month-broken display, 2 months-one side stopped working, 3months- both side stopped working
So we got this at the end of November 2020, and use it every day during December and January, once every other day from then on til now in our bed. It works great in the beginning, it’s very warm, soft, and comfortable. Things started to go wrong one month in, a vertical stripe in one of the display panel became dead pixel, making it hard to tell if it’s level 6 or 5, level H or 9, etc, but that’s ok, still manageable and I can deal with it. Two months in, one side of the blanket start showing the error code “E”. It wouldn’t warm up and I tried multiple methods and attempts to fix it, no go, so I switch my side of the blanket with my partners because I need the heat more than my partner does. Yesterday night, 3 months in using this blanket, my side of the blanket also start showing the error code “E” with no way to fix it after multiple attempts. Now the blanket does completely not function as it supposes to, as a “heating blanket”. It provides no heat, and with a broken display panel. I have another exact one downstairs in my living room, now I’m worry when that one will break down, maybe just within these few weeks or even days. $86 for three months of use, bought the expensive one thinking it will last longer and turns out not worth it.

Disappointed with Westinghouse
I am very disappointed with this electric blanket. I had higher expectations since it's a Westinghouse product. The points were the electric wires join the blanket are done in a shoddy manner - not neatly (or flatly) done but rather are buckled. This makes it difficult to get the blanket to lay flat. I also don't know why every blanket manufacturer has to make blankets in a double/queen size because they are never wide enough for a queen size bed; this blanket is no exception. The width of this blanket is so short that one side of the bed or the other gets no where near full coverage. I have had this problem with other electric blankets. We needed the blanket due to our very cold temps so I did not return the blanket, as I knew I would probably get another one probably in the same condition. Westinghouse needs to do a better quality control check on this product, and I wish some company would come out with a true queen size blanket.

DON'T BUY THIS, IT'S GARBAGE
The blanket is garbage. It's not soft at all, the edges feel like they're finished with super glue and you can feel the wiring inside the blanket because it's so thin. The seller is also trash, they refused to give me a prepaid return label, saying they would refund the shipping costs, but they didn't refund the full amount so I'm still out money. Then they said they'd send me another blanket. In September. 8 months after I had returned the original. I'm so over this whole situation. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Great Electric Blanket
Very soft. The wires can be felt if using your fingers but are not noticeable when the blanket is draped over your body. When on the high setting and the blanket is bunched up, it gets HOT, like burning hot. On high if it is spread out, it is nice and toasty. Very nice for the price.
