I've been using this shampoo for 2 years with the matching Botanical repair conditioner. I love the way my hair feels. It doesn't weigh it down with shampoo residue. It just feels light and clean. My hair is also much healthier since using these products. And the scent..... Oh how does Aveda come up with such great scents for their products?! It smells clean, fresh and healthy! It is a little pricey for the size of the bottle however, it lasts me around 3-4 months. I have really long hair and I wash it twice a week. This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner and I've tried hundreds over the years!

I have a very difficult time finding this shampoo within the area I live.It's great for hair repair.Price is great.A little bit goes a long way.

Shampoo made my hair soft but the bottle has a sticker over the UPC that says not “not for retail sale”.Would like to know why?

Something about Aveda just puts it on a whole other level compared to every other salon brand I've ever tried. Not only does it smell amazing - not too perfumey or cheap smelling, but fresh and clean and herbal - but also within one use, it instantly makes my hair feel softer, healthier, stronger, less frizzy, and easier to manage. I can't really explain it but my hair just looks and feels definitively BETTER. This particular formula of shampoo/conditioner is what really transformed me into an Aveda devotee for life. The other Botanical Repair products are awesome too. So worth the buy!
