The media could not be loaded. I am writing this review after a month of purchase. I was a bit doubtful about this because I had never heard of this brand. After watching a lot of YouTube reviews, I decided to buy this dough maker.Delivery: The product was delivered in good shape and on time delivery.Pros: It saves a lot of time and energy. Very useful if you have neck/Shoulder pain issues, or if you have a big family. However, I am using this for two people only, and I am satisfied with its performance.Care: I prefer cleaning immediately after use; otherwise, the dough gets stuck on the sides of the bowl and the blade.- The quality of the plastic lid seems cheap and fragile. Take extra care while handling it.- It is difficult to find the replacement of the blade if you lose it or break it.Noise: It makes a bit of noise, but it's lesser than any mixer and grinder.Price: It could have been cheaper as it does only one job and has simple features.Stainless steel vs non-stick: I prefer stainless steel as non-stick starts chipping off after a while, whereas stainless steel lasts longer.Hope this helps!

The media could not be loaded. Pros:1. If you need only an atta kneader you can take it. I found it best in the price range.2. Simple to use. The atta comes out soft nicely within 5 mins.3. Timer is working fine but sometimes has glitches. It becomes too tight to move and makes noise.4. The appliance can work even if the lid gets damaged, which is good.5. Steel bowl is sufficient for more than almost 1kg of aata. Though recommended quantity is 500 grams.6. The cord is 1.5 meters long. It would have been good if it is 2 meters.7. Not that noisy, it's bearable.8. Blade is of good quality. It also comes with a measuring cup for Atta and water.Cons:1. Timer sometimes gets tight when you try to set the time, then again becomes normal. This is a manufacturing glitch.2. The plastic used for the body is of average quality it doesn't match the price charged. Mixer grinders like Bajaj, and Preethi have better quality plastic than Clearnline3. The plastic used for the lid is again cheap quality and brittle. If you drop there are high chances the lid will have cracks and the lock can also break very easily.4. The build quality of the lid lock as described by others is too brittle and can get damaged very easily. So need to handle it with care.5. The overall packing of the product has an issue. There are gaps where the top and bottom of the appliance get connected. This is a quality issue.6. One of the rubber cushions was damaged when received still I kept it.7. The foot cushion again are of low quality and can be better and more durable.Overall impression.1. It does the job, you can take it.2. For the price charged the products need quality improvement for the below. Hence reducing 1 star:a. Plastic used for the bowl lid and bodyb. The rubber foot cushions.c. Cord length.

Bad product. Developed problems in about a month. Had to send to their factory in chandigarh. Came back with only machine . Jar, blade etc missing. Tried a lot but they simply refused to give. Ultimately had to just throw the kneader.

The media could not be loaded. Does a great job of kneading doughs. The dough comes out soft and evenly kneaded. Reduces manual labour by a lot.Using this machine I’ve kneaded various flours so it is very much versatile - wheat flour dough, parantha dough containing besan, various bhakri doughs - rice, jowar, bajra, black gram; all have been satisfactory. I’ve also kneaded bread dough and pizza dough. This machine did an amazing job. It is right size, can accommodate flour weight of 10 large rotis. Machine is not heavy and makes a medium noise similar to a washing machine.

Must have for every kitchen. It's so useful machine, very sturdy, takes very little space, just go for it !!

It's been 4 to 5 months since I have used this product. The timer is not working now... though the machine is working the timer does not automatically turn off. It was looking not that new when bought but I thought since it is white in colour it appears so... and within a short span the timer switch is not working properly. Otherwise atta kneading is good and the kneader bowl is of good quality- I bought the stainless steel one.. the machine as such is lightweight. Wish it had better quality for the price paid.. previously I had preethi and its body cracked within 5 months and this product is double the price!Where to find service centres?I think warranty is for a year for the product, is it possible to set the timer right?
