I have IBS so am always a bit reticent about trying new products, but when a blood test come back hinting at anemia I decided to try these. They are fantastic, didnt irritate or inflame the IBS and have done the job.

Great for someone like me whose dietary requirements mean I don't get enough Iron or B12 in my system. Like a lot of "Medicines" it is often blind faith that prevails. In this case, the only indication of any change is a change in the colour of my stool!! So I am assuming something is happening. I await any other indications to appear!

I've been taking these supplements for over a month now - I've got lots of energy and and the capsules are fairly easy to swallow. Take one capsule a day and just make sure you take it with a meal (as recommended in the 'directions for use' on the packet). I've taken them on an empty stomach several times before and they made me feel sick about 30 mins after swallowing the capsule.
