I had found this when traveling out mideast and never found this in any stores near me on east coast This was perfect for hamburger and other items i wanted to make with no carbs!! By far one of the best i had!

I did not like the flavor nor the oily texture.

After a relatively long wait, I received the wrong product. Contacting customer service got me a promise of correction. After another long wait with no product, I contacted seller again and was given a refund. A couple days later I received the product I ordered. And it is absolutely wonderful! Cali-Flour has great customer service but I hope they are working to improve order fulfillment. I just ordered again, and I'll update on how quickly I get the new order.

These are perfect for days when you have a craving for bread, really do have about as close as you can to bread texture. However, if you dislike cauliflower you won’t like these.

Good flavor...almost noticeable. Very versatile just make sure you follow directions carefully at the bread is toasted. Do not add many wet ingredients because the bread will get soggy.

They're nice and soft. Kind of bland, but a little smear of hummus solved that problem. Excellent alternative to bread. Sandwich ingredients did not poke through. They require an awful lot of plastic packaging so I will continue to look for a good recipe for these -most call for cheese as a binder, which adds a lot to the calorie count, so these are better for weight loss.

I guess I was expecting these to be a little more like tortilla shells or a flat bread.. no. They are very delicate and flimsy. If you don't grease the pan heavily, you might as well scrape it into the trash can.Taste was pretty good though I will say. Just very very delicate.

Impossible to find in stores this past year.
