Sparthos Waist Trimmer Belt - Sweat More and Shorten Your Workout Time!

I was surprised by the quality of this and the velcro is large/strong. I am petite and smaller and I can get this to fit fine. I use it during my cardio workout. I am a sweater. lol This really helps to stabilize your lower back/pelvis which I needed. I use it over my shirt and hang up after my workout to dry. This really stays in place and is comfortable. For reference, I wear size 0 & 1 in jeans and only 5' 3" so it really goes from just below my chest to just below hip. I have a short torso. I have used it now for a couple weeks and it really holds up and still looks new. I generally sweat 2-3 pounds during my workouts. Not that it matters however it is very nice looking with a cool logo on the velcro area.

Works very well, tight and stays in place. Went from a 34" to a 29" waist. I've had others in the past, surgical grade, this one is far better.

This belt is huge! I think it could wrap around me almost twice, but it's amazing! It doesn't irritate my skin, it's easy to put on, seems like high quality-it's a good thick belt, the Velcro is strong, and I feel it does give some back support. It dries pretty quick too I've noticed.The only down side is the weird smell, dunno why there's an odd smell but I had to clean it before I could use it.

After my previous trainer started coming apart and poking me with its’ steel boning, I was in the business of finding a new one - preferably without the fuss of steel protruding into my hips. At the price point, I initially wasn’t sure how great this trainer would be, but the reviews (and the fact it doesn’t contain harmful chemicals like many other trainers on here - wtf?) convinced me. And guess what? It’s awesome.Super comfortable, very discreet (I’ve worn it under clothing the past couple days without so much as a lump), and it really does make me sweat even if I’m just sitting at home in it. I’ve also already noticed a slight difference wearing it for 5-6 hours each day for 3 days so far.I’m 5’4”, 150lbs, and a size 7/28. Small fits just fine on me if your body type is anything like mine.If you’re on the fence, try it out! You can’t beat the price and returns are free if it’s not your thing. I, for one, love mine!
