Artaste Rain 18/10 Stainless Steel (Silver (Set of 12), Dinner Spoon (7.5 Inch))

I had ordered the dinner spoons base on the picture- and they look nothing like them- the left picture is the ones I ordered, the right picture are the ones I received- the bowl of the spoon is very round and the handle is short- they don't measure close to the 7.5" described; they are more of a soup spoon. On the plus size, these spoons are heavy and well made. They look and feel like a high-end flatware set! I will revise this review if and when I get the right spoons:) I will be returning these, and hopefully the teaspoons will be just as nice! UPDATE: while repackaging the spoons for return my husband noticed that someone had put the sticker for dinner spoons over the sticker for the Buillon spoons, which explains how we got the wrong spoons- but we are all humans and mistakes are made. We didn't need the spoons right away, so we just reordered. We have now received the right spoons and as expected they are as wonderful. The spoons are very nice: they are heavy and not the flimsy metal spoons some others are selling. They look fantastic- like high-end flatware- and they have a very classic pattern. We are pleased with our purchase and will be buying more of this brand/pattern in the near future.

These Artaste Rain SS are fantastic. The price is unbelievable, and the quality is superb. Of course, because of the simplicity of the design — none — they will show scratches over time. But for me, who now is a widowerer and the family has grown and flown, only I will see these small scratches. So, the remedy will be another product that Amazon sells that cures all small scratches on stainless steel. I never had SS before because we always ate with Sterling Silver but I finally gave our set away and decided to buy some beautiful SS. This Artaste set (I have 12 of everything) is as hefty as Silver, and just as beautiful. Only time will tell, but I am sure these will be still in use for someone long after I will be. If you want quality SS for a great price, these Artaste flatware, in any design, are perfect. I highly recommend them.

Good quality.

Nice spoons. Larger than a typical tablespoon. Heavy, but well balanced. Nice finish. Packed to withstand a direct hit from a nuclear warhead. Perfect for somebody who really enjoys digging in to their food.

I entertain a group of about 30 people from time to time for potlucks. I do not like using or having plastic utensils. These were a very affordable and highly attractive solution and I have more than enough. They are sturdy enough for man's hand. NO BENDING of the shaft. Light enough for a woman's hand and stylish enough to feel elegant. (Children use them too and not for digging in the garden -- they are too pretty for that!) One of the BEST entertainment investments I have made. I keep the "good" silver for the sophisticated meals. I'd be crushed if something happened to one of them. THESE are less worrisome in that if one got lost or fell in the dish disposal, I would not cry. I'd jump online and order more of these. Worry-free. Durable. Very pretty. I am proud of my potluck flatware.

I love the weight of the spoons. I was a little bit nervous ordering these when I read that some people experienced sharp edges but I checked the most recent reviews and thought I’d give it a try. I am happy to say there are not any sharp edges on my spoons. I would shop confidently for other utensils with this company.

Really wanted smaller spoons. I have plenty this size, but such nice quality I will keep and order smaller ones.

I recently moved apartment and decided to purchase new forks and knives. After researching high and low, I decided to go with the Artaste brand even though it is on the more expensive side. I bought a dozen each knives, dinner + salad forks, dinner + dessert + ice cream spoons. The quality is high and I like the heavy weight. They are also very shiny! The only thing is that if you don't dry them by hand (i.e. if you let them air dry or dry in the dishwasher), there would be water spots left on the silverware, but it could be wiped away by damp towel. Overall I am very happy with my purchase
