Product is as expected.
Product is good and is expected how is. The hair is great to practise on. Value for money is impectable compared to other brands. Sturdiness could be a little issue if the surface it's on is slipery.

Item is not good. Hair is too thick and not layered right for styling, hair is synthetic so difficult for styling too. Only things you can do are ponytails, buns and the odd hair twist. Anything else is a waste of time on this item. Wasted money unfortunately.

One of the better looking dolls heads - but broke in two weeks
Not a scary looking doll like ones we’ve previously had. Hair is nice and daughter is made up with it. However, after owning it for two weeks, the vice it attaches to has sheared off. Not ideal. As such it’s being returned and I’ll reorder it to see if it was just us being unlucky.
