Are they dishwasher safe ?

It says in the description that they are NOT dishwasher safe.

Will mason jar lids fit these?

The Mason Jar lid's are to small.

Can i pour hot liquids in it and eat out of the jars without damaging them?

I love these jars but I have only ever used them with dry things, like flour, sugar, granola, etc. They are not supposed to be put in the dishwasher so I'm guessing that being plastic, it would not be good to put hot liquid in them. You might want to find a glass jar what works for this better.

are clear lids available?

Not that I am aware of but I guess you could check around on Amazon and see if you could find anything that would work. I like the lids that came with them.
