These were purchased for our women's group at church as we make and sell rosettes around Christmas each year. Rosettes are a delicate fried treat and can break easily. This size of clear clamshell was perfect for holding a dozen variety rosettes + even an extra for a baker's dozen fit well. It snaps down tightly to keep from opening and provides just the structure needed to prevent breakage during regular handling. These do add about $0.30 to each dozen sold but present and store our finished product well bringing back customers year after year.
