Better For Me Than Other Drywall Lifts (Ironton,Marshalltown, etc)
You get what you pay for. I 'm hanging drywall by myself and just not as strong as i used to be so... bought some lifts. The first one was that cheap red one that is sold by several companies (Ironton, Marshalltown, etc). THis HTM Hang Pro is more expensive but in my case worth it. Yes, i can only use it to hang drywall on walls but it does that so much more safely than other models. For example, the HTM uses a ratchet type system which is far more reliable than the cable system. If you need a lift, do yourself a favor and compare this one to the others before deciding. And as far as cost goes, this HTM will have much better resale value than the cheaper one.

Best Drywall Lift Ever!!!!
100% as advertised. Worth every penny! Very fast delivery! There fails to be the words to be able to do drywall by yourself so you don't have to try to find help, pay help, wait until you can get help.

Fixer upper lifter
I should have put it together sooner and tried it to make sure it worked well, but I waited too long and missed the return date- my fault. I’m using the drywall lift, but I had to hammer it a bit to straighten the frame a bit. The frame is still bent a little, but I’m able to use it, even though, every now and then it still gets stuck sliding down. I was unable to use all the screws on the handle, because the holes are misaligned. The bottom screw that holds the cable was missing and I had to use one of my own. I believe both American and Chinese drywall lifters are way over-priced. A fair priced for this fixer upper tool should be around $200 and in perfect operating condition $250.

Good design, typical Chinese crap quality
Five stars for the design, onr stars for Chinese crap quality.Assembly instructions written in English, correct corresponding diagrams and easy to follow.Overall weld quality, some fair most poor. Box arrived in near perfect condition. Drywall supports on cradle bent and welded on crooked. One piece of angle iron on the main frame bent. One of the Casters on roller frame arrived bent in the box. When bolted together, Top and bottom half of main frame assembly did not line up preventing cradle from lifting drywall up past the lower section. If you're handy with a die grinder you can elongate the hole for the top and bottom assembly line up. Think before I use it again I will weld up the holes and re-drill them. One tire did not hold air.Appears they spent more money on the box that they did the product. Extremely disappointing the seller charges a premium price for a product that could have been made in the USA by people who take pride in their work and instead delivers poor quality Chinese crap. If this tool were sold at Harbor freight, (a Chinese tool importer), you would expect to pay $150-$200 for it. You would then expect spending a few hours repairing, straightening, welding, aligning and replacing parts.

The frame does NOT slide up and down the track-gets stuck; so it is not useable.
The frame that is to hold the sheetrock does NOT slide up and down the track-gets stuck and needs to be hammered out for it to move; so it is obviously not useable. Missing parts. Great idea for a product-really excited about buying this and using it, but was manufactured so poorly-it just does not work. Really disappointed. Shipped with missing crank arm; so it also does not work for that reason. Spent 2 hours to build and another hour to disassemble and return. Stay away from this product.
