Question 1

Will this product work on nuluxe lexus seats?

Accepted Answer

Hi,

Yes, this product will work on nuluxe lexus seats. However, as an added precaution we always suggest testing the product out on a out of view patch before applying it to the entire surface. Thank you!

Question 2

Will this product soften plastic that has been hardened by skin oils?

Accepted Answer

Hi Dave,Our Vinyl and Faux Leather Cleaner and Conditioner will clean your synthetic leather goods while also moisturizing the surfaces. Adding moisture to the surface of the material will soften it and prevent future cracking and fading. Remember, for the best results we suggest using this product on the regular basis to help build a protective layer and to keep the surface moisturized to prevent the hardening from returning. I hope this answers your question. Thank you for choosing TriNova! Sherri TriNova Customer Support

Question 3

What are the ingredients? How natural are they? Are they vegan?

Accepted Answer

Hello Evan, The ingredients for our Vinyl & Faux Leather Cleaner are non-toxic chemical compounds, nothing animal derived or tested on animals. Hope this helps. TriNova Customer Care

Question 4

Want to use this on headphone headband and earpads. They're made of pleather and known to peel within 2-3 years. Will this help? How often to apply?

Accepted Answer

Hi. I can’t say for sure, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I’ve been using it on faux leather shoes, and it’s really done the trick. The only thing you might want to consider is if there’s anything in the formula that could irritate your skin - since the headphones will be making regular contact with your ears and face.

Anyway, it does seem to do as advertised. I’ve been very happy with it.

Hopes this is at least somewhat helpful.
