4.5 starsOooo this was a good one!!I had been super curious about this after seeing so much mixed feedback, but the cover is epic and I've been really wanting to read something with spies (or at least along those lines). Throw in what looks to be an enemies-to-lovers romance and I'm sold!This first volume definitely did not disappoint! Some of the blood scenes were a little on the border of almost rated R for me, but I would say overall it was PG-13. It wasn't quite as graphic as I had anticipated, and for that I am thankful. (I can only handle so much.)I REALLY loved the two main characters! I'm totally digging having a more extroverted, friendly "bad guy" and a quiet but slightly grumpy "good guy." Definitely an epic dynamics forming and really want more after reading to the end!Overall, I really enjoyed this volume! I'm excited and wanting volume two and eagerly looking forward to it's release!

I have waited for this to get its proper translation since 2018 and now that it’s here... IM SO FREAKING HAPPY I CANT EXPLAIN IT. As far as the quality goes, it’s amazing and everyone can finally see the beautiful Ryang-Ha in all his glory <3 The story is also really good, with lots of intrigue and foreshadowing which works well with the slow-burn romance between the two leads. Please give it a shot if you’re interested in romance, Japanese manga, or both!

This manga is so great! I highly recommend it if you like the enemies to lovers troupe! I’ve been waiting for the official english translation to release since 2019 and it was so worth the wait! It’s an ongoing manga so don’t fret once you finish the first volume, i’m sure there’s more to come! ^-^

I was able to understand the story, but for some reason I couldn’t get into it. I feel the story will unfold in time, however, I won’t be reading next time

Why write negative things about a book in Amazon. The reviews are about reviewing the order and if it came on time and the quality not if the story is good or not they have specific places where you can write your opinion on the internet.

I'm not how to feel about this. I love assassins, and I love romance, so you would think a combination of those two would be a home run for me. This isn't bad, but it's not a masterpiece either. I'll give it a bit more time, because I like the characters so far, and the action and comedy is pretty good. I'll stay tuned to see where the story and romance goes.

I hate giving manga negative reviews, but this series is a bit of a disappointment. The "romance" is more of a one-sided blackmail/stalker situation. The female assassin doesn't really appear all that capable, and the story itself isn't actually compelling. In fact the whole thing is pretty confusing and a bit muddy. Random dips into unexplained backstory doesn't help either. I love a good assassination/spy manga, but there's no clarity in this story. It's only in the second volume that some of the characters and situations start to make more sense, but even then, the romance doesn't really have any truly sweet moments. For being listed as a shojo, it's a poor example of the genre.

It is a fun manga to read. The two main characters' interactions are humorous yet you can't help but feel that there is something more to it. A dark secret enveloping them.
